1. No Returns

All sales made through our website, apps, or via direct communication are **final**. Once a product or service is delivered, installed, or activated, it cannot be returned under any circumstance.

We do not offer refunds for any of our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Software Solutions
• Web Design/Development Services
• Annual Maintenance or Renewal Fees

Due to the nature of digital products and services, and to prevent misuse or unauthorized distribution, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Product Activation & Licensing

Once a license key or product has been issued and activated on your device or server, it is considered delivered in full and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Cases

We may consider exceptions only in rare circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical failure on our end. These cases will be reviewed manually and resolved at our sole discretion.
